There is a constant need to reevaluate and update existing buildings for new or changed uses. Many times these represent the most challenging projects a design professional can encounter. Keeping a facility in operation during a renovation calls for an innovative approach to phasing of the project. This is an activity that calls for the architect to work closely with contractors and engineers from conception to closeout.
MFH has worked with many such projects. It's actually a very rewarding situation to be called back years later to renovate one of our previous projects.
